The Art of Surviving to Thriving

Carole’s journey was one of resilience. She survived abuse, burns, rape, neglect, slavery, and medical misconduct with indescribable suffering. Her tale is about overcoming these hardships and healing. She discovered strength in therapy, yoga, prayer, meditation, and bodywork, but medically supervised IV ketamine therapy opened a therapeutic realm she never knew existed. Through this metamorphosis, Carole discovered a new sense of self, allowing her to experience inner serenity and healing.

Looking back, she recognizes the importance of prioritizing her health and self-care, even when the world feels heavy and unkind. Her story is inspiring. She aims to connect with people by sharing her stories. She encourages silent sufferers to realize they are not alone. She believes this narrative will increase awareness of child abuse, rape, and trauma, which are profoundly painful. More importantly, she wants others to know healing is possible. Hope and transformation are always possible, no matter how bleak the journey.

Her life is now more meaningful. She’s determined to help others heal as she did. Her mission is to tell her story and encourage others to speak openly and seek treatment. She understands mending is a long, arduous process, but it is always possible.

She’s discovered through her struggles that no one is alone and that rehabilitation is possible with each step forward. Carole’s story reminds us that we can all find strength to overcome challenges even the impossible painful moments of our lives. She aims for thriving, not surviving. Carole is making an impact on child abuse and trauma with her book Keys trauma to triumph in hopes of by sharing her story she may help others.

Charity work

Not only that, but Carole also invested herself in charity work, which included donating computers to local children in Troncones, Mexico.
